The DLJ Horror Show CHRISTMAS SPECIAL!!!!

If you love Christmas you should probably watch this video because you will be sad if you don't. If you Hate Christmas it's even more important that you watch this special right away! This is what I like to call an "alternative" Christmas special. You know, the kind you wouldn't find on network T.V. or anywhere else for that matter. I hope you enjoy yourself my friends! P.s. this is a very naughty video. Naughty is the opposite of nice. So, if you want presents ever again DO NOT WATCH THIS VIDEO!!!!!!!!

DLJ Horror Presents:Pandorum in the Inglourious Planet of Terror

It was Hitler and his Murderous croney Stuntman Mike who brought the zombies. Now it is Hitler and Stuntman Mike who will pay! If you haven't already guessed, this short horror/musical film features pieces of Pandorum, Planet Terror, Inglourious Basterds, and Death Proof. Enjoy yourself!

The DLJ Horror Show presents "The Slither Files"

You'll get "diddy eyes" over this one. This comic adventure will have you doing flips in the isles. If There are no isles near by you may do back flips over your couch, or scream really loud with excitement into the faces of anyone passing by. The video stars James gunn's "Slither". I'd be lying if I said that this video was serious. But then again, everything i'm typing right now could be a lie. I guess there is just no telling what this video is about. Not until you watch it that is.....

DLJ Presents "Children of the Dagon"

Tony Randel's "Children of the night" meets Stuart Gordon's Lovecraft adaptation "Dagon". With a little music and madness to boot This gem of a variety show is for lovers of the films, the genre itself, and all those who love weird random shit as well. This one follows more of a narrative structure than usual. You can watch it with or without knowing the films. And if you haven't seen them, let this short film entice you. You Won't know what you're missing till you check it out! The songs were chosen specificly for each Episode. Without further ado, I present to you "Children of the Dagon" in it's entirety.

The DLJ Horror Show Presents-"The Blob in Me"(A Blob Blog)

The Blob remake 1988. One of the awesome 80's remakes to come out during the very first Horror/sci-fi remake craze(if you don't count the hammer films). Some of the other's were The Fly, The thing, invaders from mars, etc.. This movie is one of my favorites though. It's definitely the most overlooked of the remakes and to this day it holds up beautifully. The writing, effects and acting are all top notch. Definitely check it out if you haven't seen this one. The video you are about to see is a parody/tribute. The first three parts are music videos with comedic subtitles, the last too are just horror/action based music videos. I had a blast making them and although the first three are comedies I absolutely mean no disrespect to this amazing movie. Enjoy!

The DLJ Horror Show presents "Crypt Tales"

DLJ Horror's take on the 1972 Amicus production "Tales from the crypt". Featuring wall to wall music from a variety of different genres as well as the films "The abomidable Dr. Phibes" and "Singing in the rain". A tribute to classic Horror Anthology cinema.

"All These things they did"

So I thought of the films "Candyman", "Brainscan",
and "Idle hands". I then realized, thanks to the
killers tune "All these things that I've done", the
similarities between them. This is a video featuring
killers who are victims, victims who are killers,
the insane, as well as the falsely accused. An
experience of epic proportions. I hope you enjoy it
as much as I enjoyed making it.

On Carrie(ing) Your Loved Ones

It's the "Carrie" films with a double helping of split screen mayhem in a 4 part songtastic journey through the dark minds of three young women. A glorious showcase of Obsession, Revenge, and a screw or two that might not be as tight as they should be. Also Featuring the Australian Horror fest "The loved ones", this DLJ Horror gem is not to be missed, especially for fans of these awesome movies!

"Chocolate Sunshine"(DLJ Horror Willy Wonka Tribute)

I Decided to do a four part tribute video to
one of my favorite movies of all time Mel Stuart's
"Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory" with Gene
Wilder(The definitive Wonka performance!). It's
called "Chocolate Sunshine" and features several
different genre's of music. The first three are a
beginning to end retelling of the events in the film
up to the infamous "boat ride to hell". I decided to
end the tribute there and through in a bonus oompa
loompa's sing-a-long to cap things off. I'm very
proud of it and I hope you enjoy my work as well.
Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, I welcome you
to "Chocolate Sunshine".

"TALES FROM THE DEAD SEA"

Take a trip with DLJ down a dark road as you listen to The Dead Weather's "Sea of Cowards". Track by track matched with a different horror movie classic. It's a musical horror experience in the same vein as Pink floyd's "The Wall", Michael Jackson's "Moonwalker", The Beatle's "Yellow submarine", and some of the greatest concept albums of all time. If you're going to listen to this masterpiece of an album, consider this alternate way of experiencing it. Your senses will be blown and soul stupified!!!

I was lucky enough to have the time to listen to the "Sea of Cowards" album in its entirety on a midnight drive. As each haunting track unfolded after another I couldn't help but picture different horror movie scenes. So I thought...That's perfect!! I didn't want it to sit on the shelf as so many other projects have time and time again. So I made sure to get started on it immediatley. I made a few edits with the songs themselves(I shortened one and stretched out another) for creative purposes. The songs and horror movies seemed to choose each other as if I had little to do with their pairing. It was pure magic and I'm quite proud of the results. If you guys don't have this album yet, I seriously suggest picking it up. It's quite an impressive piece of art. I hope you enjoy this collage of horror as much as I enjoyed making it. Have a happy and a healthy on me!
